About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized Digital PR Executive with proven experience in earned media outreach and a deep understanding of the US media landscape . This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to a natural storyteller who can take full ownership of the Digital PR process, from ideation and data interpretation to coverage tracking and reporting. You will be comfortable working across multiple clients and sectors simultaneously (including sports, iGaming, and lifestyle), maintaining a calm, effective approach while delivering high-impact campaigns in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end Digital PR campaigns across a range of tactics, including data-led studies, reactive PR, newsjacking, and always-on outreach Build and maintain high-quality, targeted media lists using tools such as Muck Rack, Roxhill, or similar platforms Research trends, breaking news, and cultural moments to identify timely, relevant story angles Write persuasive, personalized pitch emails tailored to individual journalists and publications Create and shape content that supports campaigns, including press materials, reactive commentary, and data-driven narratives Source, analyze, and interpret data, turning insights into stories that resonate with journalists and audiences Track campaign performance, success rates, and live coverage, providing clear reporting and learnings Re-angle and adapt stories for different media hooks, verticals, and outlets Collaborate with link building teams when required, including supporting off-page SEO activity such as link building and publisher management Role Requirements Essential 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree or location equivalent from an internationally-recognised university 1 yr experience in Digital PR related role in an Agency A solid understanding of Digital PR, and various tactics to earn media coverage Experience using media databases like Roxhill, Muckrack Comfortable working across multiple campaigns at once using a variety of PR tactics Experience and understanding of the US market
