My client are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive / Manager to join their growing team. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who will be responsible for maintaining existing revenue streams and driving new business growth within a designated agency patch (to be confirmed). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a particular focus on digital and programmatic advertising. However, they are open to candidates with a varied digital landscape experience, including mobile, Connected TV (CTV), audio, and programmatic Digital Out of Home (pDOOH).
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Maintenance: Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within your designated agency patch.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across a range of agencies, including independent agencies, Omnicom, Publicis, and others. While we have a flexible approach, existing relationships with these agencies are highly desirable.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Programmatic Expertise: Utilise your understanding of the digital landscape to effectively sell programmatic solutions and services.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a particular focus on managed services and data revenue.
- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on digital and programmatic advertising.
- Agency Relationships: Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with key agencies. Experience working with Indie agencies, Omnicom, Publicis, and other major players is highly desirable.
- Digital Landscape Knowledge: Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic, mobile, Connected TV (CTV), audio, and pDOOH.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience in managed services and data revenue sales is a plus.
