My client are seeking an experienced and driven Out-of-Home (OOH) Agency Account Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Commercial Team, you will play a critical role in driving advertising revenue, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing innovative sales proposals across various OOH platforms.
Develop quarterly bespoke agency strategies, including organograms, planning approaches, partner program details, client entertainment, and marketing initiatives. Proactively pursue leads and manage a sales pipeline effectively to meet sales targets. Utilise negotiation skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Cultivate influential relationships within the assigned agency patch, including attending social events and client entertainment activities. Act as an ambassador for our company and contribute to shaping our commercial culture.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in agency sales, preferably within a media sales environment. Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop quarterly agency strategies aimed at achieving key product and revenue goals. Contribute to establishing our brand presence within agencies and OOH specialist networks. Engage with specialist departments supporting the Commercial Team to build essential relationships.
