The Medaille Trust is seeking a Service Manager in Swindon to oversee day-to-day operations of a safehouse for survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking. The successful candidate will work closely with case workers, ensuring the production of support plans and maintaining safehouse services 24/7.

Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and experience with vulnerable adults is essential. This position requires flexible working, including evenings and weekends.
