We are currently recruiting Modern Slavery Case Workers for our Moving on Project based in the London area.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, trauma‑informed casework support to victims of modern slavery, including emotional and practical assistance, assessments, personalised support plans, risk management, and managing a defined caseload.
- Facilitate access to services and community integration, supporting clients with appointments, advocating with external agencies, organising group sessions, drop‑ins, and wellbeing or social activities.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, safeguarding, and quality frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
- Experience working with vulnerable adults and the ability to work within a residential or community setting with non‑UK residents.
Job Details
- Full‑time position, core hours Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm with some flexibility for client or service needs.
- Hybrid working – 2 days a week from a hub space in Central London and the remaining days from home or the community.
- Involves travelling across London to meet service users and attend appointments.
