We are currently recruiting Modern Slavery Case Workers for our Moving on Project based in the London area.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive, trauma‑informed casework support to victims of modern slavery, including emotional and practical assistance, assessments, personalised support plans, risk management, and managing a defined caseload.
  • Facilitate access to services and community integration, supporting clients with appointments, advocating with external agencies, organising group sessions, drop‑ins, and wellbeing or social activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, safeguarding, and quality frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults and the ability to work within a residential or community setting with non‑UK residents.

Job Details

  • Full‑time position, core hours Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm with some flexibility for client or service needs.
  • Hybrid working – 2 days a week from a hub space in Central London and the remaining days from home or the community.
  • Involves travelling across London to meet service users and attend appointments.
