The Meadows First School Pathway is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated Pathway team. You will work under the Pathway Teacher and SENDCo, helping pupils with additional needs access learning and participate in school life with personalised support.
In this role you will support learning, wellbeing and inclusion, contributing to smaller class sizes and targeted approaches that enable every pupil to thrive academically and socially within a mainstream school setting.
