The Mead Educational Trust (TMET) is seeking a Leadership Scale leader to provide strategic Trust-wide leadership in behaviour, culture and inclusive practice. This role will strengthen provision across TMET schools and drive improvements in pupil outcomes.
Working with Executive and school leaders, you will ensure effective strategies, coach staff, and build sustainable leadership capacity across the Trust’s Leicester and Leicestershire schools.
