We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic SCITT Development Manager to join our dedicated and forward-thinking team at the Leicester and Leicestershire SCITT, part of The Mead Educational Trust (TMET). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a culture of excellence, ambition, and inclusion. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the administrative support of the SCITT, take a key role in the marketing and recruitment activities of the SCITT, and provide elements of core training.
This will also include responsibilities such as:
- To be responsible for the day-to-day office management of the SCITT.
- With the Director, develop and maintain the SCITT partnership, working closely with all Academies and partners.
- To maintain high standards of customer care, both face to face and on the telephone/by email, with a wide range of stakeholders, including partners, HEIs, facilitators, Academies, trainees and outside agencies.
- To ensure that the SCITT promotes effective links with the school community and the wider school community and continues the development of close liaison with other primary and secondary Academies.
