We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Digital Experience Specialist to join our marketing team and help deliver high-quality digital experiences for our members and prospective members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to the Digital Experience Manager, Digital Experience Executive, and the wider marketing team.
- Assist in the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of MDU/DDU digital experiences, ensuring alignment with our strategy to better serve our members.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, EITS, Business Development, Communications, Professional Services, Membership, and Insurance Solutions to ensure digital experiences meet organisational vision, objectives, and performance targets.
- Work with project teams and stakeholders across the business to provide digital experience expertise, deputising for the Digital Experience Manager where required to ensure delivery aligns with the MDU Group’s digital vision and strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert, confidently engaging with internal and external stakeholders on UX, UI, and UAT, with a strong understanding of CMS templates and components to help deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
- Test end-to-end user journeys with a strong attention to detail and quality, including logged-in experiences, e-commerce journeys, and automated self-service functionality.
- Identify, triage, and support the resolution of issues to reduce friction in the digital experience, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base and sharing insights with colleagues.
- Experience delivering digital experiences that meet or exceed defined KPIs across a digital experience scorecard, including availability, performance, quality, accessibility, traffic, conversion rates, and overall user experience.
- Proven ability to support and deliver digital experience roadmap initiatives aligned to business strategy, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- A self-starter who takes the initiative to identify, triage, and resolve issues, and proactively shares knowledge with others.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and effectively use work management tools.
- Member-focused, with the ability to gather and analyse feedback to inform decision-making.
- A collaborative team player with experience working across cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent projects.
- Digitally savvy, with experience across websites, email, search, and mobile, and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and similar technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Occasional work out of office hours may be necessary such as supporting medical/dental events, conferences, and courses.
