Senior Business Analyst/Change Manager – Immediate Start
Location: London (2/3 days on site)
We are seeking an experienced, delivery-focused Senior Business Analyst & Change Manager to support the next phases of a large-scale Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation, including detailed design, operational transition, change impact assessment and implementation, and business process analysis and redesign.
The role is hands‑on and delivery-oriented, working across multiple workstreams and deliverables in a complex organisational environment. The postholder will report jointly to the Operating Model Lead and the Programme Manager, complementing existing HR and Communications capability by owning the practical delivery of change and process work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisation, team and role-level change impact assessments.
- Support implementation sequencing, dependency mapping and readiness.
- Identify risks, gaps and mitigation actions.
- Support leaders and managers through transition.
- Lead end-to-end process analysis (current state to future state).
- Facilitate structured workshops with operational and professional services teams.
- Develop Level 1–3 process maps, process documentation and RACI models.
- Ensure alignment with the Target Operating Model.
- Convert direction and design intent into deliverable outputs.
- Support prioritisation and integration across workstreams.
- Provide analysis to support governance and decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Senior BA and Change Manager experience on complex transformation programmes.
- Strong background in change impact assessment and operational transition.
- Strong process analysis and redesign capability.
- Experience in Higher Education, Property / Estates or complex public sector environments.
