What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with commercial and operational heads to drive performance
- Lead financial control, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow
- Provide forward‑looking insight, margin visibility and contract performance analysis
- Strengthen financial processes, controls and multi‑entity reporting
- Enhance FP&A capability and improve risk & working‑capital understanding
- Act as the conduit between Group Finance and the division, ensuring alignment and consistency
What You Bring
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong commercial and financial control experience
- Comfortable influencing senior non‑finance leaders
- Experience in contracting, construction, engineering or project‑based businesses (nice to have)
