Senior Finance Leader – Property, Capital & Operational Delivery
Salary: £90,000 to £103,500 Basic + excellent benefits
Are you an exceptional business partner who thrives in complex, capital‑intensive environments? Do you enjoy shaping investment decisions, leading talented finance teams, and building strong, influential relationships across a large organisation? We’re looking for a senior finance leader to partner with one of the organisation’s most strategically important divisions — responsible for £250m+ annual capital and operational expenditure across estates, property development, projects, facilities and maintenance.
In this high‑impact role, you will:
- Lead a dedicated finance team supporting major estates, development, and maintenance activity
- Strengthen financial planning, forecasting and future investment insight
- Provide challenge and strategic input to senior stakeholders
- Build a collaborative, trusted relationship between Finance and the Division
