Our client is an independent national training provider supplying industry and educational establishments with a suite of best in class multi-sector qualifications and training programmes. We are seeking to appoint a business development and growth professional who can work with the organisation to expand its operations and create growth opportunities across the UK.

Candidates with experience operating in educational, training, association, or membership organisations are invited to apply. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated function and sit on the senior leadership team for the organisation based in its headquarters.

You will be responsible for engaging with new and existing clients, building, fostering, and developing relationships to enable growth for the organisation. You will identify short and long term commercial opportunities and advise the business on long and short term strategies.

Candidates would greatly benefit from experience in customer relationships and stakeholder engagement. This is a permanent position with a flexible, hybrid work arrangement.
