The Role An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator in the companys Head Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: Coordinating development projects and operational activities as directed.
Administering applications for service / utility provision and registration with warranty providers.
Coordinating service and utility timelines to facilitate construction programmes.
Administering applications for private streets determination and road bonds.
Liaising with external agencies, infrastructure providers and consultants as directed.
Coordinating meetings of project professional teams (including minute taking).
Maintaining an efficient information management and filing system for projects.
The Person You will be a good communicator with the ability to work as part of a team.
Well organised and possessing good numeracy and PC skills, you will thrive on working on your own initiative.
You will have a minimum of two years previous experience in a site administration or contracts administration role.
This is a full-time role based in our Head Office (with early finish on Fridays).
