Join our Supported Living team as a support worker to provide compassionate, person-led support to individuals with neurological and physical barriers, ensuring their safety and well-being. Working closely with night staff for continuity of care. As part of our Supported Living Team, you will be working in partnership with individuals, families, and professionals to create safe, meaningful, and empowering environments. You will help people live purposeful lives, build relationships, and achieve personal goals.

Hours: 37.5hrs Full time and 22.5hrs Part time available. Shifts on a Rota basis, covering a 24-hour support service across 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build trusting relationships with the people you support, respecting their choices, dignity, and individuality.
  • Deliver responsive, person-centred support in line with individual plans, including PBS strategies.
  • Support with daily routines such as personal care, meals, medication, and household tasks, always promoting independence.
  • Encourage participation in community life, hobbies, and personal development activities.
