About you as Housekeeping Supervisor (Floor Housekeeper)?
- Experience in supervising a team in a housekeeping environment desirable
- Previous luxury hospitality experience
- Passion for maintaining excellent standards and training team members to the same standards
- Confident in managing your team on a day to day basis
- A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude
Housekeeping Supervisor (Floor Housekeeper) – Aim of the role
To assist and support the Executive Housekeeper maintaining the high standards in the Hotel bedrooms and corridors.
Housekeeping Supervisor (Floor Housekeeper)- Responsibilities
- Take pride in completing all room checks ensuring they have been cleaned to the hotel’s standards
- Clean rooms when necessary setting the standards for all housekeeping team
- Prepare room attendant’s work lists
- Maintain correct stock levels in housekeeping stores and check that it is stored correctly
- Show enthusiasm in training housekeeping staff as required in duties and on equipment use
- Take ownership and deputise in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper and Deputy Head Housekeeper
- To ensure that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and report any faults to the Executive Head Housekeeper
