Aim of the Barback role
To support the Dandy Bar with general bar duties under the supervision of the Head Bartender and Supervisor for a flawless service 5 evenings per week.
Key responsibilities of the Barback
- Ensure the bar is stocked and in continuous supply of clean glassware
- Preparing our fancy garnishes for cocktails and beverages
- Support the bar team to ensure drinks are created and served as quickly as possible
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness around bar and back of house areas
- Assisting bartenders and floor staff through busy services
