Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and faxing
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
