Overview

  • An amazing opportunity to join the Front of House team at The May Fair Hotel as a Reception Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of the lobby operation, maintaining a high level of service and exceeding expectations.
  • Focus on service delivery and guest satisfaction as paramount aspects of the role.
  • Lead and motivate the lobby team to establish a highly motivated and winning team.

About You

  • Proven track record of overseeing a busy reception as a reception supervisor or hotel duty management experience within a 4 or 5 Star hotel.
  • Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate previous experience of leading, coaching and developing a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
