We are recruiting for a Meetings and Events Waiter/ess to join our Meetings & Events Operations Team at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel. Please note that this role is available on a part time basis.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join the M & E Operations Team at The May Fair Hotel. As a Meetings and Events Waiter you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth service for the event/tables you are allocated to. You will ensure that guests are served quickly and efficiently and that if serving a banquet, plates are laid down elegantly in front of guests. You will ensure the private functions are set up professionally and that all food is presented as per brand standards. You will ensure that tables are cleared promptly for the next course if applicable and that the tables you are responsible for are kept tidy. You will listen to any feedback or complaints received from guests and pass this on to the relevant person.
About You:
- Previous experience of working in meetings and events operations ideally within a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- An impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
- Understands the value of teamwork and works well with others.
