We are currently recruiting for a Host/Hostess to join the May Fair Kitchen at our 5 Star hotel The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview:- An amazing opportunity to join the team in the May Fair Kitchen as a Host/ess.
- As a Host/Hostess you will be responsible for supporting the team and operation with reservations and table allocations, ensuring the service and operation remains seamless.
- You will ensure that a warm welcome is provided to all guests, that they are seated quickly and that their needs are identified and communicated to the bar operations team.
- This role will also involve dealing with VIP bookings and special requests.
- You will ensure that a high level of service and attention to detail is delivered at all times.
- Previous experience of working in a high-end beverage led operation is essential as a Host/Hostess.
- You will be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- An impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
- A passion for food and beverage and a desire to provide impeccable service.
