We are currently recruiting for Finance Assistant for our iconic 5-Star The May Fair Hotel.

Overview:

As a Finance Assistant you will safeguard and grow the value of the hotel asset by serving as a business partner, carrying out day-to-day duties within the finance function by assisting the hotel operations controller and the finance department. The role involves ensuring that all revenue posted is accurate in accordance to the company standards and practices. Assisting the Hotel Financial Controller on goals to optimize financial results. Counseling the hotel team on ways to maximize profits and cash flow. Providing hotel team with reports and information that can be used as a basis for improved decision making.

About You:

As a Finance Assistant you have attention to detail to ensure that work is accurate, thorough and to the highest standards. Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to get the required results. The role requires great communication skills to clarify and provide information so that co-workers, customers and suppliers understand and can take action. Ability to understand the guest and internal customer and meet the needs of both the customer and the company.
