We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Manager for our destination May Fair Kitchen Restaurant located within our 5 Star May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview:
- An amazing opportunity to join the May Fair team as Breakfast Manager for our May Fair Kitchen.
- The role will involve ensuring a high level of service is delivered during the breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.
- Achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for the restaurant.
- Direct the restaurant operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
About You:
- Experienced Restaurant or Assistant Restaurant Management experience within a 5 star hotel operation.
- Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and change management with a strategic approach.
- Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
