We are currently recruiting for a Bar Back to join the iconic May Fair Bar at the May Fair Hotel.

Overview

An amazing opportunity to join the team in the bar at The May Fair Bar as a bar back. You will be working in a fast paced operation therefore speed and attention to detail are critical. You will support the bar team by ensuring that the correct mis en place is in place at the beginning of every shift. This includes preparation for all cocktails, a fully stocked bar and enough glassware for the opening of the shift. You will then ensure that the bar is fully maintained at all times so that bar tenders do not run out of items. You will ensure that the bar area is kept clean and tidy and free of obstructions at all times.

About You

  • Previous bar back experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation is ideal. Training will however be provided.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
  • Understands the value of teamwork and works well with others.
