We are currently recruiting for a 1st Commis Chef to join our Food Production team at The May Fair Hotel.
Overview:- An amazing opportunity to join our outstanding food and beverage outlets at the hotel as a 1st Commis Chef.
- Ensure that the highest quality of food is prepared and served and assist in overall quality control across the kitchen and sections as required.
- Be motivated and keen to learn new culinary skills.
- Support senior members of the kitchen brigade at all times.
- Be passionate about food and keen to learn and develop new cooking techniques.
- Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
- Confidence to communicate with other chefs and build rapport amongst the team.
