We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join our Food Production team at The May Fair Hotel.
Overview- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in leading the kitchen during service
- Oversee preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistent excellence
- Supervise and mentor junior chefs, fostering a positive and professional environment
- Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal dish creation
- Ensure smooth, efficient service in a high‑pressure, luxury setting
- Strong background in premium or luxury dining
- Proven experience at Chef de Partie level or above
- Passion for Mediterranean flavours and contemporary cuisine
- Leadership ability with a calm, confident approach
