We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join our Food Production team at The May Fair Hotel.

Overview:
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in leading the kitchen during service
  • Oversee preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistent excellence
  • Supervise and mentor junior chefs, fostering a positive and professional environment
  • Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal dish creation
  • Ensure smooth, efficient service in a high-pressure, luxury setting
About You:
  • Strong background in premium or luxury dining
  • Proven experience at Chef de Partie level or above
  • Passion for Mediterranean flavours and contemporary cuisine
  • Leadership ability with a calm, confident approach
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to grow within a 5-star hotel environment
