We are currently recruiting for a Host/Hostess to join the May Fair Kitchen at our 5 Star hotel The May Fair.

Overview

An amazing opportunity to join the team in the May Fair Kitchen as a Host/ess. As a Host/Hostess you will be responsible for supporting the team and operation with reservations and table allocations, ensuring the service and operation remains seamless. You will ensure that a warm welcome is provided to all guests, that they are seated quickly and that their needs are identified and communicated to the bar operations team. This role will also involve dealing with VIP bookings and special requests. You will ensure that a high level of service and attention to detail is delivered at all times.

About You

Previous experience of working in a high-end beverage led operation is essential as a Host/Hostess. You will be competent with IT applications such as Open Table, Adecco and Micros. Be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. An impeccable command of English both written and spoken. A passion for food and beverage and a desire to provide impeccable service.
