We are currently recruiting for a Head Bartender to join the iconic May Fair Bar at The 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview:
· An amazing opportunity to join the May Fair Bar team located within our 5 Star May Fair Hotel a Radisson Collection Hotel as a Head Bartender.
· The role of Head Bartender will involve working a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the May Fair Bar team and our brand standards.
· As a Head Bartender you will be expected to lead and support the bar team, this will include training, coaching, and developing the bar team.
· Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros Is able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micro\’s competency tests.
About You:
· Previous Head Bartender experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation is essential.
· Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
· Have experience of leading, training and coaching a team.
· Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
· Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and food trends.
