The role of Groups and Events Planning Executive involves managing and delivering the final details for our client’s events at The May Fair Hotel.

You will be responsible for maintaining effective and appropriate liaison with our clients throughout the planning process, coordinating planning site inspections and menu tastings where appropriate.

As the Groups and Events Planning Executive you will be meet and greet all key clients upon arrival for their event.

Attend weekly events meeting with F&B and Operations teams based on events for the week ahead.

In depth knowledge of Groups and Events Planning within a multi-million-pound meetings and events revenue generating 4 or 5 Star hotel operation.

Proven organizational skills, works well on their own. Able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.

Proficient in IT applications including Opera, Delphi, and Salesforce.

Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills.

Confident and have the ability to establish rapport effectively.

Good command of English Language both verbally and written.
