We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager for our Exclusive May Fair Bar located within the 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview:
· An amazing opportunity to join our exclusive May Fair Bar located within the 5 Star The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel as a Floor Manager.
· You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the May Fair Bar operation on the shift that you are working.
· You will work to achieve the bar revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the food and beverage operation within the Bar.
· You will have full knowledge of both the food and bar menu.
. You will understand table return times and handle all tables accordingly.
· You will direct the food and beverage operations team to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and that all guests needs and preferences are met.
. You will deliver service standards in accordance with the Service Excellence brand standards
About You:
· Current in-depth beverage experience within a high-end liquor or food led operation.
· Be capable of demonstrating a high level of support and leadership.
· The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.
· A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
