We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager for our Exclusive May Fair Bar located within the 5 Star May Fair Hotel.
OverviewAn amazing opportunity to join our exclusive May Fair Bar as a Floor Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the May Fair Bar operation on the shift that you are working. You will work to achieve the bar revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the food and beverage operation within the Bar. You will have full knowledge of both the food and bar menu, understand table return times, and handle all tables accordingly. You will direct the food and beverage operations team to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and that all guests' needs and preferences are met, delivering service standards in accordance with the Service Excellence brand standards.
About You- Current in-depth beverage experience within a high-end liquor or food led operation.
- Capable of demonstrating a high level of support and leadership.
- The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.
- A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
