We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our Front of House Team at our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview:
  • An amazing opportunity to join our Front Of House team at The May Fair Hotel as a Receptionist.
  • As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guests, including check-in and check-out procedures and dealing with guest enquiries.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards and exceeding guest expectations.
About You:
  • Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
  • Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Sales Force and Review Pro.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
