We are currently recruiting for a Head Host/Hostess for our exclusive May Fair Bar located within our 5 Star The May Fair.
Overview:
- An amazing opportunity to join Edwardian Hotels at our destination and exclusive May Fair Bar as a Head Host/Hostess.
- The May Fair Bar is located within our stunning 5 Star May Fair Hotel.
- As Head Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for supervising the host/hostesses within the team.
- Assisting with staff training, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail is delivered at all times.
- Support the bar and front of house team by coordinating and ensuring the overall flow of the service is seamless.
About You:
- Previous experience of working in a high-end food led operation is essential, ideally as Host/Hostess.
- Be competent with IT applications such as Open Table, Adecco, and Micros.
- Be able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with the latest food trends.
