We are currently recruiting for a Commis Waiter/Waitress for our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel and its iconic destination May Fair Bar.
An amazing opportunity to join our popular 5 Star The May Fair Hotel as a Commis Waiter/Waitress. This role is for our exclusive May Fair Bar. As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will be working in a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the Kitchen restaurants and our brand standards.
As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you must be competent with applications such as Open Table, Adecco and Micros and be able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.
About You
- Previous front-of-house waiting experience in a high-end food-led operation is preferred; training can be provided.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with the latest food trends.
