You will be working in a fast paced operation therefore speed and attention to detail are critical.

You will support the bar team by ensuring that the correct mis enplace is in place at the beginning of every shift. This includes preparation for all cocktails, a fully stocked bar and enough glassware for the opening of the shift.

You will then ensure that the bar is fully maintained at all times so that bar tenders so not run out of items.

You will ensure that the bar area is kept clean and tidy and free of obstructions at all times.

Previous bar back experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation is ideal. Training will however be provided.
