We're looking for a talented, curious and forward-thinking Editor & Motion Designer to join our growing creative studio.

This is a genuinely hybrid role, combining traditional editing, motion graphics and animation with proven experience of AI-powered production workflows .

It's a role for someone who loves great craft, embraces new technology and is excited by where the future of content creation is heading.

You'll work across a broad range of projects, from brand campaigns, social content and commercials through to corporate films, documentaries and internal communications for some of the world's leading brands.

We're looking for someone who can cut a compelling story, create beautiful motion design and bring ideas to life.

But we're equally interested in someone who understands how AI is reshaping production and is already using it to create better work, work faster and unlock new creative possibilities.

Working closely with our Creative, Production and Client Services teams, you'll help create exceptional content that combines creative thinking, technical excellence, and innovative production techniques.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Editing and finishing a wide variety of film content, including commercials, branded content, social campaigns, corporate films, educational content and documentaries.
  • Collaborating closely with Creative Directors, Producers, Directors and Designers to craft compelling visual stories.
  • Delivering both offline and online edits to the highest creative and technical standards.
  • Creating motion graphics, 2D animation, kinetic typography, infographics and branded visual assets.
  • Designing content optimised for digital, social and multi-platform distribution.
  • Developing visual treatments, mood films, animatics and pre-visualisation materials during project development.
  • Contributing to concept development, creative ideation and production R&D.
  • Supporting the wider creative team with innovative approaches to content creation and storytelling.

We're looking for someone who already has hands-on experience using AI tools within professional creative projects and can help us continue to push those capabilities forward.

You'll be expected to

  • Create, generate and enhance visual assets using AI-powered creative tools.
  • Use AI-assisted editing, compositing, clean-up, upscaling and asset generation techniques where appropriate.
  • Work with AI video generation platforms to develop content, prototypes, visual concepts and finished assets.
  • Explore and help establish AI-enabled workflows that improve creative quality, efficiency and production capability.
  • Stay up to date with emerging tools, technologies and techniques.
  • Help inspire and support the wider creative team in adopting new ways of working.
  • A minimum of 4 years' professional experience in editing, motion design or post-production.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across branded content, advertising, corporate communications and social media content.
  • Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Advanced motion graphics and animation skills in Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience creating graphics, visual assets and motion content from concept through to delivery.
  • Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual communication and editorial craft.
  • Experience working within an agency, production company or brand content environment.
