The Matthew Project is seeking a dedicated post holder to support hard-to-reach young people aged 16 to 25 in West Norfolk, with potential work in Breckland and across Norfolk. The role is based in Kings Lynn, offering one-to-one coaching and some group work to help participants move toward employment, education or training.
You will engage clients through outreach, build trust, and provide guidance and referrals to other services. Regular supervision and multi-agency collaboration are expected.
