Starting Salary: Β£22,535 per annum (pro rata of Β£29,779)

Hours of work: 28 hours per week over 4 days (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon)

Are you looking for an exciting new challenge which will make full use of your extensive recovery support knowledge and excellent organisational skills, and allow you to develop your people management experience? If you are passionate about helping people to recover from substance misuse, we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Recovery Support Practitioner who is ready to develop their people management skills by running a small weekend team and be an integral part of developing the recovery community at our award-winning centre in Norwich. This will entail working flexibly in partnership with the weekday staff and include facilitating group work, providing 1:1 support and working with volunteers to deliver activities. The Matthew Project is a value driven charity working across East Anglia giving help and hope through programmes with adults, young people and communities affected by drugs, alcohol, and mental health issues. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, of any faith or none.
