The Matthew Project is seeking a part-time role based in Kings Lynn to support some of the hardest to reach young people aged 16 to 25. The post involves one-to-one work, coaching and group activities, with outreach in West Norfolk and occasional work in Breckland and Norfolk.
You will work within a team to help participants progress toward employment, education or training. The role emphasises safeguarding, relationship building and coordinated referrals to services, with regular supervision
