Territory and End User Sales Manager (UK/Ireland/Middle East)

To support our EMEA development, we are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional for a hybrid role: UK & Ireland End User Relationships Manager & Middle East Sales Manager, based in the UK.
In this role you will support our existing UK client base with end user visits and end user development; be responsible for new and existing strategic accounts in the Middle East.
Duties and responsibilities
- Increase sales revenue – a direct primary responsibility.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities aligned with Master Lock\’s strategic objective.
- Cultivate strong end-user relationships through direct engagement and in collaboration with our existing distribution network. This includes understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, guiding technical choices, and securing product specifications
- Enhance Master Lock\’s market notoriety and brand image, acting as the primary interface between end-users and the company, ensuring seamless communication.
- Sales forecasts for both financial and logistical.
- Conduct all company activity in accordance and with respect for the rules and values of the company.
- At all times plan to exceed the customer’s expectations.
- Perform all other duties as required.
- 2-3 years previous B2B experience
- Good understanding of industrial products/industry or a related field.
- Passion for learning and educating customers.
- Team player with an excellent customer centric approach.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm, determination & professionalism in dealing with prospects and clients in a proactive manner
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- English fluent, Arabic an advantage.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to undertake frequent travel across the UK & Ireland, with occasional international travel to the Middle East and France
