Your mission will be to bring new end user business to Master Lock in the UK & Ireland. You will work across diversified categories of end users including Industry, Manufacturing, Data Centers, Facility Management, and Construction. As a sales specialist, you are responsible for developing relationships with key end users, driving demand, and supporting distributors through technical and commercial engagement, to drive our safety and commercial portfolio across the territory.

We are looking for a "Door Opener" with a high-level commercial network. Your mission is to leverage your existing contacts to introduce Master Lock’s innovative solutions to the stakeholders who hold the budget for facility safety and security upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage relationships with large end users across industrial, FM & construction sectors
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
  • Develop end-user demand through site visits, demos, and education
  • Use a “push–pull” strategy (end users + distributors)
  • Train distributor sales teams on our solutions
  • Work closely with the team (Sales Director & Key)
