To support our strong growth, we are looking for a Sales Director UK (Retail), based in Stansted.
Your mission will be to drive sales development by ensuring the achievement of the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management. International and domestic travel will be required.
Duties and responsibilities:- Oversee prospecting, development, and sales of the product range.
- Ensure the achievement of turnover and margin objectives for this range.
- Define and implement the commercial strategy for the UK and ensure its execution in the field.
- Increase sales by managing the existing portfolio: implement field actions and provide customer support and advice.
- Manage and develop the existing distribution network.
- Identify market opportunities and needs and conduct ongoing market monitoring to provide feedback.
- Strengthen the company's presence and image in the relevant markets (customer visits, prospecting, training, trade shows, etc.).
- Monitor competitors' products and strategies for the range.
- Lead and support a Key Account Managers team across the UK.
- University degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent.
- Proven experience successfully managing large retail chains in a B2C environment.
- Previous experience in an international organization and in a similar retail role.
- Strong commercial drive and customer focus.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Enthusiastic, determined, and professional in dealing with prospects and clients proactively.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Valid driving license.
