Since 1921, Master Lock has been the iconic brand of padlock, continuously innovating to meet customer demands. We are looking for an End User Manager (Strategic Specifier) – UK & Ireland. Your mission will be to bring new end user business to Master Lock in the UK & Ireland.
You will work across diversified categories of end users including Industry, Manufacturing, Data Centers, Facility Management, and Construction. As a sales specialist, you are responsible for developing relationships with key end users, driving demand, and supporting distributors through technical and commercial engagement, while promoting our safety and commercial portfolio across the territory.
We are looking for a "Door Opener" with a high-level commercial network. Your mission is to leverage your existing contacts to introduce Master Lock’s innovative solutions to stakeholders who hold the budget for facility safety and security upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage relationships with large end users across industrial, FM & construction sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Develop end-user demand through site visits, demos, and education
- Use a “push–pull” strategy (end users & distributors)
- Train distributor sales teams on our solutions
- Work closely with the team (Sales Director & Key Account Manager) to identify commercial opportunities
- Act as the face of Master Lock at key UK/Ireland industry & PR events, focusing on high-level networking rather than booth demonstrations
- Maintain end user details, activities and opportunities using CRM
- Prepare and submit accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided
Profile:
You have an established, active industrial client base in the UK & Ireland. You are likely currently (or recently) working for a MRO or PPE manufacturer or a Tier 1 Industrial Distributor. You are skilled at translating complex technical solutions into simple, customer-focused value. You will manage your own day-to-day work, ensuring you're meeting the right people at the right time. You’ll also support our Sales and Account leads by sharing insights that help us grow our partnerships and make the most of every opportunity.
Experience with digital technology (video, social media, AI) to identify leads and business opportunities is a plus. Note: Technical product training will be provided. The primary requirement for this role is your existing network and ability to gain an audience with commercial end users. A valid driving license is required.
