The Mast Academy Trust is seeking a Trust Development Lead for KS2 Outcomes to lead a Trust-wide project focused on strengthening provision, improving outcomes and establishing an ambitious offer for Years 5 and 6 across our family of schools. This part-time secondment role offers the chance to work with Headteachers and senior leaders across the Trust to share best practice, develop leadership capacity and secure sustainable improvements in teaching, learning and outcomes.
