Shelley First School wishes to appoint a kind, caring and hardworking individual, with the skills and knowledge to fulfil the role of Educational Support Assistant, to join our committed school team, supporting groups of children with diverse needs and/or working in our Early Years Reception classroom. Depending on applications and skills, there may be one or two roles available, for a September 2026 term start.

The successful candidate will be a team player, hard-working and reliable, with a real desire to support our children, who are happy, kind, caring and a pleasure to work with. The successful candidate will also have excellent oracy skills in order to support rich back and forth conversation with our children and excellent initiative and enthusiasm – a real desire to get stuck in!
