The Mast Academy Trust is seeking a Trust Development Lead for KS2 Outcomes to provide strategic leadership and operational support to improve Year 5 and 6 outcomes across the Trust.
The postholder will work closely with headteachers and staff to review and develop the KS2 offer, ensuring alignment with national expectations and best practice, and to secure sustained improvement in KS2 attainment across all Trust schools.
