Facialist/Skincare Expert for our multi award-winning centre in Camberley, Surrey and within our centres nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of exceptional facial treatments
- Analyze clients' skin type and conditions
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and routines
- Maintain hygiene and sterilization standards for tools and workspace
- Keep accurate client records (skin concerns, treatments, products used)
- Provide advice on lifestyle factors affecting skin (diet, stress, sun exposure)
- Upsell treatments and retail skincare products
- Stay updated on skincare trends, techniques, and products
Qualifications & Training
- Certification or diploma in beauty therapy or skincare (e. g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy in the UK)
- Specialized training in facial treatments or advanced skincare (optional but preferred)
- Knowledge of skincare products and ingredients
Experience
- Entry-level roles may accept newly qualified candidates
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience often preferred for more advanced roles
