We are looking for a skilled and professional Chair Massage Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality chair massages to clients in various settings, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Position Requirements:
- Must be qualified to BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (International qualifications welcome).
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless experience at events and locations.
- Provide high-quality chair massage services tailored to each client’s specific needs.
- Able to work a minimum of 8 hours per week.
- Be available to work flexibly across days, evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of Swedish & Deep Tissue techniques.
- Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers, front desk team and management.
- Understand and believe in the physical and lifestyle benefits of high-quality, good-value massage that fits in with our customers’ lives.
- Conduct specific chair massage sessions based on customer’s individual needs.
- Promote the health and wellness benefits to customers receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
- Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Must be able to speak a standard of English that enables you to communicate professionally with our clients.
