Thursday - 8:30am - 3:15pm
Friday - 8:30am - 6:00pm
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic unqualified teaching assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will be committed to studying for their level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider staff team to provide a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment. You will support high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring every child is supported to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and delivery of creative, engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Assist in observing, assessing and recording children’s progress.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, secure and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children’s personal, social and emotional development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers.
- Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain our high expectations.
- Committed to studying for the Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Pediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience working with children.
- Proficient IT skills.
